Maximizing Solar Installed Capacity:

Givaudan aimed to achieve a solar installed capacity close to 1 MWp using an OPEX model.
No single area was available that could accommodate this capacity, requiring the exploration of multiple locations.
The challenge was to maximize the installed capacity while navigating various site constraints.

Comprehensive Installation Approach:

To maximize solar capacity, Enerparc explored various installation locations, including:
- Rooftop sheet roofs
- Rooftop concrete roofs
- Ground-mounted installations
- Carport installations
Addressed challenges related to shading from objects on the rooftop during detailed engineering, implementing solutions to mitigate their impact.
Successfully achieved a total capacity of 716 kW through a strategic combination of different installation types.
Overcame site-specific challenges during carport installation by making necessary adjustments, and completing the project within the designated timeline.

Successfully met the required installed capacity and corresponding energy generation.
Projected annual energy generation: 10,31,040 kWh.
Estimated CO2 emissions offset: 1,289 kg/year.
Tree Plantation Equivalent: Offset emissions equivalent to 1,344 number of trees planted annually.
